Material Introduction: PC Chi Mei (Taiwan) PC‑110 is a medium‑viscosity, general‑purpose, high‑transparency polycarbonate grade. It features high light transmittance, excellent electrical insulation, favorable mechanical strength, good heat resistance and outstanding processing adaptability. It is mainly suitable for injection molding and can also be applied for extrusion.

Main Applications

  1. Electronic & Electrical Components: Relay housings, capacitor housings, coil bobbins, insulating connectors, telephone housings and parts, switches, etc.
  2. Automotive Parts: Vehicle indicator‑lamp housings, automotive lamp shades, window panes, instrument‑panel brackets and other components.
  3. Consumer & Industrial Goods: Home‑appliance parts, chocolate containers, high‑heeled shoe components, toys, tableware, baby bottles, safety lenses, sports equipment and other articles.
  4. Optical Lighting: Large lamp shades, protective glazing, objective lens barrels for optical instruments.
  5. Mechanical Equipment: Gears, racks, worm gears, worm shafts, bearings, cams, bolts, as well as shields, covers and frames for mechanical components.
  6. Medical Devices: Medical cups, tubes, bottles, dental instruments, drug containers, etc. (Note: Shall comply with relevant medical regulations and certification requirements.)
